Dear boys of Junior Diplomat,

We welcome you to Our home, and We thank you for your visit.

You have been rewarded for your courtesy, efficiency and diligence by this trip, which includes a visit to the Holy Land and to Rome. We urge you to take this opportunity to learn how other peoples live, think, feel; to keep your eyes, your ears, and your minds open to those who live in other lands. All men are brothers, because all men are sons of one God, and He loves them all, no matter what their race, colour or social standing.

We wish you success in your work, and exhort you to do it for love of God and of your fellow men, rather than for selfish reasons. Upon you, and those who accompany you on this voyage, upon your families and loved ones, We invoke heaven’s richest blessings.
